Siliconate Water Repellent and Salt Guard for White Concrete
The Armor SC25 is a high solids, water-based siliconate water repellent sealer that penetrates deep into the concrete surface where it fuses with the substrate to form a cross-linked hydrophobic barrier within the pores. Surfaces sealed with the Armor SC25 are more resistant to the damaging effects of water absorption and salt damage. It is a fantastic sealer for unsealed white and light concrete surfaces.

Easy to Apply
Foundation Armor SC25 is easy to apply with a pump sprayer. Simply apply two coats per the application instructions and your substrate will remain sealed for up to 5-7 years below the surface!

Uses
Designed for use on unsealed white and light concrete surfaces.
Coverage
Up to 175-225 ft2/gallon in one coat. Two coats required. Coverage will vary depending on porosity and applicator.

Will this leave a surface film?
No. It works entirely below the surface and won't leave a visible surface film or coating.
Is it slippery when wet?
It works entirely below the surface and won't change the surface traction of the substrate.
Can I apply this to pavers or masonry?
No. The Armor SC25 is a siliconate and can only be applied to white or light concrete. If you apply this sealer to medium to dark concrete, or to pavers, stone, or masonry, white silicate-like deposits can become visible on the surface.
